Terms of Use

PurelyOne (“we,” “us”) is a subscription that bundles several separate software tools into one account: PDF Editor, E-Signature, File Creator, Secure File Share, Diagram Studio, Mind Mapping, Whiteboard, and Form & Survey Builder. These Terms govern your use of that subscription and the underlying website. By creating an account or using any PurelyOne tool, you agree to these Terms.

PurelyOne accounts don't use passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with a Google or Microsoft account. You're responsible for keeping access to that email or provider account secure — anyone who can complete that sign-in can access everything in your PurelyOne account, including your files. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Paid plans (Standard, Pro, Team) are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. Every new paid subscription includes a 30-day free trial; your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Annual plans are billed as one upfront charge at a 20% discount versus paying monthly. The Free plan includes one lifetime PDF edit and no ongoing charge.

You can cancel anytime from your account's billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for time already paid for. We'll give you reasonable notice by email before any price increase takes effect on your next billing cycle.

A Team subscription lets its owner invite up to 20 people onto the plan. Everyone the owner invites gets access to a shared team folder and can see shared e-signature requests created under the team. The Team owner is responsible for who they invite and for removing access when someone should no longer have it; we act on the owner's instructions for adding and removing members.

You own whatever you upload or create in PurelyOne. You grant us the license we need to store, process, and transmit that content strictly to provide the service — for example, running a PDF through PDF Editor, or emailing a signature request to the people you send it to. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it to train any AI model.

You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload. We scan uploaded files for malware on a best-effort basis before they're stored, but this isn't a guarantee that a file is completely safe, and some files may be rejected or fail to scan. Don't upload anything illegal, anything you don't have the rights to, or anything intended to harm the service or other users.

E-Signature lets you send a document out, have people sign it, and track its status. It does notperform identity verification and doesn't issue a formal signing certificate the way some dedicated e-signature vendors do. If you need a legally certified signature — for real estate, government filings, or anything else where that matters — you're responsible for confirming E-Signature meets that bar before relying on it, or using a product built specifically for that purpose instead.

These two tools let people who don't have a PurelyOne account interact with content you create: form respondents can submit answers to a form you publish, and a Secure File Share recipient can access a file you send them after verifying a one-time emailed code. If you're the one publishing a form or sharing a file, you're responsible for how you use whatever information you collect that way, including complying with any law that applies to it.

Don't use PurelyOne to break the law, to distribute malware, to abuse or scrape the service, to try to bypass its access controls or usage limits, or to interfere with other users' use of the service. We can suspend or terminate an account that does any of this.

Providing PurelyOne means relying on other companies' infrastructure: Stripe for payments, Supabase for our database and file storage, Resend for the emails we send you, and Cloudmersive for malware scanning. Where a PurelyOne feature calls out to an AI model to help process your content (for example, AI PDF Editor's document classification step), that request is sent to our AI provider only to perform that specific task. Each of these providers has its own terms and privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf.

PurelyOne is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to PurelyOne is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can stop using PurelyOne and cancel your subscription at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, and we'll try to give you notice and a chance to export your content first unless we reasonably believe that would create risk or legal exposure for us or others.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or through the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use PurelyOne after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
